To update people on the situation if there's anyone interested, I have these wheels on now. We packed the car with 4 people, 2 guys in the back were about 200 pounds each, and i also have a sub back there, and there was no rubbing while driving normally, or going over bumps and such, however, there was some funky noise going on when I made a sharp left, but we couldn't tell if it was rubbing or just stuff sliding around in my trunk.

check the inner wheel wells near the lower frame rail to see if there are any marks.
also check out all the outside rubber tread along the outer edge on the rear tires.
just to make sure.
