Thought i would show you guys my project car. This was my daily until my mazda 3 and i am finishing a lot of my plans for it.

List of Mods FIXED

My best ET so far is 13.6 @ 99 untuned.

I have gotten more power and better tuning done, but with the car lowered i can't get the tires to stick at all.. i squeal through 1st barely moving and then spin through 2nd sideway...

I babied it to a 14.0 @ 101 with a sideways 2.2 60ft (bang)

Once i get some traction, i should easily get some 1.8 60 ft's and drop a second off the time to a 13. With some better gears, sticky tires, and better converter, i should see mid 12's.

Yea, there is advantages and disadvantages.

Going to try and pick up a 6 speed C5 or C6 corvette one of these days as my next project car.

heh, that would be cool.. but i like keeping this one mostly stock looking under the hood. When it comes down to it.. when you want a corvette.. you realize you can't make a 90 camaro into one no matter what you add.
