I put my RH's on last Wednesday, yesterday we got hit with a 15-25 cm snowfall, blowing snow...the works. I actually had to get the snowblower out this morning

We all thought winter was basically over. WTF is up wit dis weather anywho?
Anyways, having getting caught in this car in bad weather before, I Never went anywhere yesterday. But, My driveway is basically flat, with a very very small slope to it. I went out to move it further into the driveway yesterday for someone else to get in....could'n't move the car. It would not go up to driveway at all. Pathetic.
Had to go to work this morning early, had some snow on the roads still, not much, with any other car you wouldn't even care about it, but with this car and the Funlops, , I'll say this, it was an adventure.
Now, I love driving in the winter, and I drive in REAL snow and ICE and I'd be willing to bet I can outdrive most people in the snow. And I'm tellin ya, if it's cold, and snowy out, these tires turn into like this hard rubber, and the snow just builds up on them. It's like driving an icecube on ice. This car won't start off, won't stop, won't turn. not too bad on flat roads, but on a hill....forget it, get out and walk. I've actually tried to get up hills only to stop, and have the car start to slide backwards down the hill with all 4 wheels locked, and it just won't stop until it eithier runs out of hill, or hits pavement again. I've driven every kind of car in the winter, and this thing is by far the absolute worse with the Funlops on. With Winter tires, it's no different then any other Mazda Protege or small car with winters on. I've driven the P5's with the summers on in over a foot of snow, and I can't say it was great, but it was by no means uncontrollable and dangerous like the MP3 is.
Let me put it this way, MP3 in driveway yesterday. Snow underneath it, I could actually push the car on the snow when it was parked with the handbrake on. Took quite a push and two of us to do it, but the fact that it even moved was a shock. We did it more or less just to see if we could. These tires are s*** in snow.
