I just got my CP-E MM.....?

So I just recieved it and it dosen't have the CP-E engraving on it. I`ve seen a few pics of the mm from other members and their's all have the engraving. Whats the deal yo?!?!? I hope this isn't a knock-off

Also it dosen't have a dot of any kind denoting the duro level ie 60 or 75. I ordered a 75.

well the mm that dont have the dot are the 75 duro....if that least makes you feel better...as for the no cp-e logo..all your mount missed that step in the processing process? or you have a counterfiet..whic never heard of counterfiet cp-e mounts lol

Call CPE and the vendor that you purchased from and verify. CPE first to see if it's an imposter then the vendor to call BS if they pull a Pinocchio on you.

Ya I`ll call CP-E tomarrow to double check the engraving problem. I`ll keep you guys posted....

Mine has no engraving either. I originally ordered it from PG a full year ago, but they sold out of the original design (with the blue bushing) and my order was put on hold for months until the new black bushing parts were available. My part shipped in November 08 and I only just installed it after it got warm a few weeks ago.

I was a bit curious about the lack of CP-e's logo on it but chalked it up to being one of the earlier black bushing versions (?) I'd be interested to know why some aren't engraved.

I don't believe the verson 1 (blue bushing) mounts were engraved, either. You probably just have an early version 2.

Got my 60-duro back in Dec. and it didn't have the engraved logo either. Don't think you should worry about it.

Now that I think about it, my 75-duro isn't engraved, either. It just has a textured side so you know which side is up.

Grumpyjap: Yeah it has two metal caps (I believe they are spacers).

H3br3w_Ham3r: That's why I bought it is for the engraving, incase I drive over a mirror I can be like "check that s*** out yo!!! CP-E bitches!!"

No just kidding, it's not that big a deal really, I just like to get parts that look exactly like the picture on the websites. I don't like false advertisement. And it gives me piece of mind knowing that it's not some sort of retarded, degenerate, step child of a motor mount. And now that I saw "steven88" picture of his motor mount, it's like I want to disown mine.
