Well,
After weeks of debate. and lots of hard times wondering which direction I wanted to go, I sold the P5.
I didnt want the expense and inconsistency of going with a forced induction setup, The motor just wasnt designed for it (Mazdaspeed protege is the perfect example) and there is no more power to be had from the "tired" fs-de from the blue oval boys.
So I went back to the "H". I bought a 2000 Honda Civic SiR (SI for the American Boys) and will go with an NA setup from here on in.
I Loved the P5 and wish it was a more workable platform for power but its hard to turn down the bolt on performance of a B16B. I am not looking for a "power monster". just a fun, fast daily driver that looks good.
But, I am not going anywhere. I love this forum and the people on it. its hard to find a better one out there.
I will keep everyone posted on my progress with the Honda.
