Traded in my 05 mazda 6 for a 2015 cx-5!!! Loving it so far. Any must know advice for a new cx-5 owner?

Great photo ! As for recommendations, consider the following acquisitions:

1) Covercraft custom fit windshield shade. This protects the dash board and helps keep the car cooler while parked.

2) Mazda soft cargo liner. This protects the cargo area carpet, including the rear seat backs.

3) Sturdy step ladder or platform. for washing the CX-5 roof.

4) Clay kit (clean) and quality car wax (protectant) for the paint.

Honestly, no. I find the vehicle a cheap, reliable, and effective means of transportation as-is, of course window tint on the front is going to be a preference for me, and I will add it, that's personal. The vehicle doesn't really seem to have any deficiencies or issues in stock trim that I've discovered, yet.

My opinon on performance is that if you wanted fast, shoulda bought something else. If you wanted handling, shoulda bought something else. The CX-5 does both very adequately for its designed purpose, and I love mine as-is.

Yes, the windshield cover specs are the same for CX-5, 2013, 2014, 15, and 16 model years. Covercraft makes one for Mazda dealers with the Mazda logo, and a Covercraft dealer sells the plan versions. It is the exact same shade, one with logo, one without logo. I recommend buyingthe optional case as well.
