I have a problem

Mazda 3 & RX-8
So, about a week and a half ago my sister got into an incident with a a company named Industrie Bellon. What happened is, a worker was unloading a ladder from a truck had it upright in his hands and for some brilliant reason decided to let go of it fell right in front of the vehicle my sister was driving (Mazda 3) and it scuffed the front faschia, ripped the plastic wheel well part off the fender as well as the cheap Mazda mag is out of shape by 1 degree.

On the scene, the workers accepted responsibility, my sister spoke to the supervisor of the company, she said go get an estimate and take pictures of the damage. Estimate got done. Total costs of reapir 820 dollars.

So, I have no way of taking pictures of the damages, I told her my sister will bring her the car to see the damages, I decided to hop along. Now the b**** gives the run around. Of No fault, declare it to your insurance, they wont pay for it anyways (1000$ deductible). Her company is responsible for the damages they admit it but she says that bull crap, the worst part is she tries to send us off with only 200$ to get the car fixed at her body shop. We refuse, no kidding. She walks away from us, half way towards her going back in the building, she turns around and yells " DONT **** WITH ME".

We will obviously take this matter to a claims court. Now about the No Fault bull s*** she was claiming, she obviously does not know the definition of it. No fault is if a driver that was not supose to be driving the vehicle got into the incident, even if the other person is at fault you can not pursue them. Unfortunately for her, my sister is the only driver on this vehicle.

I'm sorry for writting a book here, I just needed to vent. This is just ridiculous, a stupid worker decides to challenge the laws of physics and let's go of the ladder causing damage to the vehicle and my sister ends up having to pay for it? Am I missing something here?

As much as I love Qubec, 95% of the people in this province are a bunch of drunk fucktards. G-d bless this forum for teaching me that word.

There is a really funny part to what happened today, when I told the women, you dont seem to understand the meaning of no fault liability she goes on about how she's 47 years old and has more experience than me and runs a company and blah blah blah, Age doesnt mean s***, I fly airplanes and I am much younger than her, does that mean just because she's 47 she has more experience than me flying airplnes? Stupid idiot. Me and my family know much better what No fault liability means better than anyone, we had a lot of incidents with 4 different cars in the past 3 years and my mom works for a insurance institution. So does that women still know better? I dont think so.

as many incidents and accidents you have happende you should know the whole book and every judge by now. Hell should have them all still on speed dial. Thats life...people will never admit to being incompitent ass gobblin fuktards. Hope it all goes well.

that 3 wouldn't happen to be blue now would it? since blue seems to be mazdas unlucy color :(

It's black, thank G-d lol, or else ppl are really aiming for our cars. I know I'm going to end up with all the phine calling and seeing as to this matter getting resolved in a claims court since my sister always has an excuse as to why and how she is busy. Just another anoyance of everyday life.

And I dont think I could have said it better myself:

"Thats life...people will never admit to being incompitent ass gobblin fuktards."

What a b****.

The way I'm thinking is that the b**** have the right to tell you to just claim insurance since it was an accident. So I think there's basically nothing that you can do to get them pay for the repairs.

Sue her asses off and settle for another new mazda 3 :) that will teach her...

I really hope it goes well..people who don't take responsibilities for their action should feel pain. a LOT of pain. Wish you every luck.

not worth claiming to insurance because of 1000$ deductable. and this is not a vehicle to vehicle accident but an incompitent tard that decided to let go of a ladder. Not fair that we should have to pay out of pocket for this bull s*** when they even admitted there fault. And even if I can make a claim to my insurance, why do do, and the rate goes up and the premium goes up and all that s***, and we end up paying for 5 years 10 times over.

Here's my story, but it has a much better ending : a couple of years ago, the city was doing major repair work on our street. They dug deep "canyons" in front of every driveways to install the molds for new cement curbs. Since it was friday and they had not finished, they dumped 1 inch gravel so we can have access to our houses. That is fine, except they did not bother to compact the gravel, so when I got home, I wanted to park my car in my driveway and drove into the gravel. Result : the right wheel just sank almost anxle deep in the gravel. I don't have to paint a picture : the mag wheel was badly damaged instantly. I called the police to have them write a report so I can claim the city. The city transfered me to a small sub-contractor and a much larger one, who both had the contract to do the repair work. The small company gave me $400 to buy a new wheel, and the large company just sent me a letter saying they were not responsible since the temporary work was done according to the "book". Yeah, right.

Point is, the large companies just don't care, they know you can't fight them. The small ones need future contracts so they'll do everything so you don't report problems. And in Canada, you can't sue everyone for any reason.
