I have a problem with this...

So this happened like one week ago
My Car is CX9 2008 GT

Anyone have this problem??

and can i just claim this part?

Did you mean the sliver painted trim pieces?
Those are covered by a TSB. Bring it to the dealer, and they would know what to do.
It should be covered under warranty.
To be sure, search the web and bring a copy with you.

Ceric is exactly correct.

There is a TSB that states these pieces were painted defectively. I had all of my CX9 2009 silver trim pieces replaced w/in 4-5 weeks of the purchase.

You should have no problems in getting all of them replaced, including the ones that are not scratched...tell them you want them all replaced so neither you or the dealer has to address this same problem in the next 1-6 months.
