I have a bad feeling that I'm going to have on goiing electrical bugs with my CX-9

:
2012 CX-9 Touring
So has anyone had several minor electrical glitches with their CX-9? Since owning the 2012 for a little over year my windows have had to be reset four times and the latest electrical glitch is with the tailgate not closing completely when you hit the auto close. Odd thing is that all of these problems are intermittent but I really hope that this doesn't turn into a major electrical pain for me down the road. I bought this thing for utility with intent of keeping for many years. I guess as long as I can simply reset them with no other issues so be it.

If not the battery, start checking the aftermarket installed items such as remote starter, alarm system, etc.
Take them off one by one if you can.

Battery has never been disconnected since owning this and there are no aftermarket systems installed...everything on car is what came from the factory. I mention battery as people often say the issues I'm having happen after battery was disconnected. I contacted mazda USA and surprisingly (sarcasm off) they haven't responded to this. Issues are intermittent so never seem to happen when at dealer, I found procedure for resetting windows so will just keep doing that now just need to figure out how to reset tailgate. I've never owned a car that does intermittent things like this, weird.
