All the right pieces fell into place today and I am proud to say that in my garage at this very moment is a silver 2003 P5, loaded (no leather-preferred by me), five speed, 100,000 mile warranty. Out the door for $14,800, no money down, awesome payments! The car has 32 miles. I have done about 20 of those. Just from test drives and the trip home about an hour ago.
Tomorrow I will get the insurance, then start the fun!
Thanks to all who ansered questions.
Cannot wait to get some wheel time.
Plus, the dealer is having me drive an RX8 for fun tomorrow when I take back the temp plates that got it home! How cool are they!

Thanks, me too! Can't wait for tomorrow.
Right now though, my shower drain is plugged so it is back to the life of a home owner for me, glamorous race-car driver tomorrow.

enjoy the new car:D

I will. In fact, I am going to go look at it right now. Sort of a reward for getting my shower drain to work again. I've earned it. :)

haha yes you have!!!

if i ever see a silver p5, ill try and wave it down...hopefully it will be you, and not someone who thinks im a psycho

I 'll say. It was actually the finacial guy. We were going over all the paper work and he said, "Did Rob let you drive the RX8?"
"Nope."
"Well, I will tell him to have you drive it next time you are in."
I said, "I have to come back tomorrow. Can I drive it then?"
"Sure."

So, that should be fun. I don't like the way they look, but I am sure that the motor is well worth it so I am excited.
Anyway, time to get ready for work. Talk to you all later.
Carl

Excellent, glad you got the car. Let the fun begin. You'll find this forum extremely usefull.

I got the car from Sterling Mazda in Sterling Heights, Michigan. So far, it is a nice drive. Tight car. Not as fast as the Integra, but feels fine when it comes to around town driving.
Later dudes,
Carl
