well for me i like more of a sidewall the 40, also if i went with a 235 i would be rubbing lol

good looking wheels.....

your going to lose some of the sidewall by stretching them on 8.5" anyway. theyll look similar to 225/40s on an 8" rim when its all said and done.

STRICK's setup is 22mm closer to the fender and he's doing ok. 225/45 is 12mm closer and 235/40 is 17mm closer. He is on coils though.
