So I'm in the final proses of getting a MSP its black mica I believe is the color. It has 78,xxx miles on it. Its got a few extras magnaflow exhaust, short shifter, MBC, gauges, nice head unit, amp, and 12 inch sub. Also has a couple things to be fixed but that can wait till Friday.

Anyone from the St louis MO area? Also just a few questions:

What boost level is safe with a stock motor?

Which is better a SMIC or FMIC and who makes the best quality ones?

Do a search in the MSP Engine subforum to get a LOT of information on your questions. But for some quick replies, keep the boost at 9psi or lower unless you have ALL the proper supporting mods .. and for an intercooler, check out turbolife's FMIC setup that he's recently started producing -- an excellent product at a kickass price, here's the link to it ..

Thanks, I have seen tha the boost levels on a stock motor can be between 5.5 and 7.5, still searching the forums to find a way to upgrade the engine to alow for higher boost.

The volvo 850T I just traded ran ~10psi stock.

Loving it, nice to have a manual again had an autotragic before, sounds good vibrates a little but in time I will figure it out. Thanks for the comments guys.
