One of my friends is a member of this forum and i decided to drop by. the protege mp3 is one bad ass car. its got great looks, great cornering ability, and a great potential for power. i just wanted you foos to know that i like your cars

Thanks. I just test drove my friend's GTS yesterday, with modified exhaust and intake. The Celica is a pretty fast car over all.
We played for few times too, I lunach faster at the 1st gear due to the higher torque I have, but as soon as the VVTI kicked in..bye bye protege.....Damn, I want value timing!
Anyway, I like both, my car and the GTS.

Yeah, variable valve timing kicks ass. I have driven my friends Integra Type R alot. They aren't that fast until the Vtec kicks in, then it is GONE! I can get to 60 in first gear. Don't know the 0-60 times on the ITR, but from a rolling start it is like 3secs. I am not kidding, that is one quick car, but my Integra LS is faster 
No Vtec, but a T3-T4 turbo with an intercooler rocks! I can beat him off the line all day long cause the LS is very torquey, and above 4K rpm's my LS screams. I would hate to see what it would do if it were a vtec hehe.
