I Finally Got a New Muffler!

I was getting tired of the look of twin-tips of the Magnaflow muffler that came on my P5. And the "drone" from it on the highway would leave my ears ringing at the end of a roadtrip. So, I decided I liked the looks of the Mazdaspeed muffler and found a guy selling new ones on eBay. I got a pretty good deal on it. It looks so much better and sounds great. It's quieter than the other one & I think it's a little deeper than the Magnaflow. Here are some pics...

I had your new one before. They look good and fit well, but the drone got to me. Looks nice though.

That is definately a good change. I saw a post of yours in another thread and was thinking.. that the bumper cut-out for the exhaust and your dual-tips just didn't look right. The tip on there NOW is absolutely perfect.

Now you can finish off your exhaust with a Thunder S-pipe and resonator.

i had that muffler on my ES and it also droned on the highway. not that anyone cares about mufflers.
