I finally did it three!

had a scan guage temp hooked up sitting on my steering column....it was in a good place as far as seeing it, but it looked goofy...so i rigged up a bracket for the guage to the right of the radio, near the glove bax facing the driver..it can be attached and removed easily

Looks good Mark. You might want to try mounting it in the gap between the radio dials. Probably nothing there and would look more custom. Some of the NCers have done that.

i might attempt that....didn't want to have it stuck there all the time though....this way i can take it off and storit away in like 4 sec. i'm also thinking i may upgrade my device shortly...

cleaned the insdie yesterday, i actually had never vac'd it since i bought her....so liiking to get the IC mounted this week...waitin on the clamps and reducer couplings

Ah okay... cause I was going to ask when you started smoking... Unless that's another thing to judge the size of the IC?

Hey Mahhhhk, I have a question, almost a warning, for your lip. How did you fasten it? I ask because someone from the VIR meet had one and I mentioned that you just got yours. He said to use stainless steel bolts instead of the stuff that comes with it because it could break off driving down the highway at decent speeds.

Not sure if it could or would happen to you, but just a heads up from someone who owned it at the VIR meet.

haha...really? well it's bolted in with steel screws on the ends, but has plastic screws and nuts...there's like 15 of them...not sure how it could have blown off...weird

I'm not sure, but like I said, it's just what I was told. Take it with a grain of salt I suppose?

Mark, does it have any contact area for some 3M mounting tape? That would certainly give some extra stick.

so i've developed this clang sound when i hit a bump...sounds like it's coming from the passenger rear area...noticed it yesterday drving thru belmont, boy do the belmont roads suck big time! anyway, didn't have time to check it out last night...sounds like the heat shield around the muffler???

Did we leave a wrench attached to the suspension? lol

Hope you find it!

Yes, I did....can't believe he drove with that attached over the winter! Not yet...maybe waiting for me today? I'll let you know when it shows.

Eh, mine does it too. I just ignore it.
