I couldn't do it!

once you go AWD you never can go back!

just remember if you had bought the STI then you would be "just another WRX"
go thing you stayed with that unique FWD.

cars are a lot about being yourself, and if you get what eveyone else has, well lets just say WRX=honda whats the differance?

and you know you couldn't get ride of it,because you wouldn't belong here.

Great to hear. I know it's hard..But the wrx is overated. All it has is AWD!

I was gonna sell my MSP also, even though i love it. I pulled on a Heavily modified 3000gt 3 nights ago like he was driving a del sol. I was very surprised. Then on my way home from jacksonville i pulled on a mustang GT that had a vorteX sticker above the GT symbol. We started at 70 i hit 3rd stayed with him. Hit 4th and stayed with him for a second and started pulling we went at it up to 120mph on highway 40 finished off 2 car lengths on him, and he gave me the thumbs up when we got side by side again. Followed each other until i got off at chapel hill. I want G35 now, but instead i'm gonna pay off my MSP and keep it, then get the new G35 that is AWD and used as a Skyline in japan "minus the turbo kit".

hey jersey i know how you feel. i had got a wrx but when it came down to trading away my msp i couldnt do it. i let go of an 04 wrx that was 2 months old, but i kept my msp.

Glad you stuck with it, I've thought for a moment about selling mine to get some money to do up an old Opel GT, but I could never part with this car.
Surprized on how many of my friends try and get me to trade in the car for something else "dood guy get a VW or an STI, your car looks like the pumpkin" This car is fun to drive, put on 65,000 km on it, and i'll drive it until it dies..then rebuild it again

why would they suggest u trade it in for a VW?! i consider VWs just as bad as srts - theyre slower too

I've almost done the same thing on a couple of different occasions, but then I think 'why am I doing this' and leave. More money per month on a car that isn't much faster and and handles worse than the msp. You've gotta love that boxer engine sound, though, very beautiful. You can feel the extra weight from the awd the wrx has to carry around, and plus awd isn't needed in the south anyway ( probably different in the north). Just keep the msp and mod it some more, I don't think alot of people reach the potential of the fs-de before trading it in on something else (srt-4 comes to mind). I say save your money and get something on a higher level, sti/evo, or whatever else is available in a few years.

Hmm I love my msp, but if I had the chance to get a wrx, I would have been all over it. The wrx is just more moddable, and the AWD would be great for the winter up here in NE.
