People are forgetting the important step of screaming and cursing like crazy while kicking. The brute force of kicks plus the effect of being yelled out normally loosens any wheel into falling off.

a rubber mallot works very well. hit the back side of the tire though. NOT THE RIM!!

or you could screw the lugs on about half way and lower the jack. since the lugs arent tight, the wheel will usually pop loose. then just jack it back up.

just use a piece of wood to pry the rim away from the rotor
