I can't believe some of the drivers out there.

I was on Rt28 going towards Dulles and this lady in a Acura TL cuts me off by going in the same lane I just shifted too. I was like.....ok. I guess she did not see me. So I speed up to get around her and she slams her breaks on me. I was like...What!......that was intentional!. I need to teach her proper usage of brakes when on the highway. So I fake her out and get infront of her. She is on the Cell phone:rolleyes:...No wonder! I got infront of her and slow down to 30mph not letting her pass me. She was flickin me off but I just kept my pace blowing her kisses. Heh, heh....left her frothing at the mouth. But I seem to be getting this quite a bit nowadays, everyone wants to race me. I am in a hurry sometimes getting to work or an appoinment. Somehow most of the people next to me decide they are in a Grand Prix of sorts, but got no skills or vehicles to match their intentions get buck wild on me. Mannnn this is getting annoying now.

mm hmm, yup, typical washington metro area driver behavior, seen too many times, pisses me off but what you gonna do?

but my BIGGEST pet peeve with drivers around here is, NOBODY SIGNALS WHEN CHANGING LANES!!!! ESPECIALLY MARYLAND DRIVERS!!!! (except me of course :D)

MOST Houston area drivers believe that the turn signal is OPTIONAL equipment on their cars....most would just rip off the entire stem and throw it away if it weren't for the fact that so many have the light switches mounted to them as well.

most of the time if someone signals....you KNOW they don't live in town...or they have out of state plates on their car!

Yep

IN Mich, Its not much better.

What is it that people see our mp3's or mp5's and try to race us like were fast or something. If they did their research, they would know that our cars couldn't beat a 70 year old cripple woman trying to crawl uphill.

HA HA HA HA HA

:) :)

LoL

I guess they look at our cars and they just look so damn good they MUST go fast...

have you seen the new, I think they are eclipse commercials, where the car is parked and people are bitching at the car for going to fast......kind of goofy. but it gets the point across....they look fast....even standing still....just like OURS do.

Yeah, I had my share of road rage the other day. I was on the freeway in the far left lane going 75.... speed limit was 65. then all of the sudden there was someone riding my ass... they stayed there for about a mile, then they pull in to the other lane and it was some fat b**** in an old beat up grand am. she flew by me and gave me the finger... I was like what the hell... so she got aways up in front of me and got slowed down again so I decided to go ride her ass to see what she would do. She started to present her only friend again and started throwing BOTH her hands in the air and and jumping around and looking in the rearview mirror yelling s*** at me. It was the greatest spaz ever. But I pulled back cause the dumb bitchwasnt looking at the road and had no hands on the wheel.

It was a good time, I cant believe how bent out of shape people get for the dumbest s***.

It seems like every kid in Jersey has a civic nowadays. I was driving back to college after work and some kid in a civic was starting to ride my ass before gettin on the highway. As soon as the road opened up he passed me on the right. i waited for about 4 seconds for him to get a lead, dropped it down to third then flew by him. f'n hate civics. but yeah, every kid i see on the road feels that they have to upstage my car. F em

Ahh, road rage!! Gotta love it! The only other thing I have to say is Virginia Drivers SUCK!!!!

I guess this race thing never ends, on my way back I was coming down 267, dude in a Imperza wagon was ahead of me. I was travelling around 70mph so he got out of my way. Then jumped right back on behind me, tailin the heck out of me. I was like I need to loose this clown. So I droped it in 4 and hit 100mph and started to pull away. He tried to keep up as I passed 110mph but he decided to take a chill pill at this point. I am sure he could have kept up. But didn't have the heart. But as soon as traffic came up. He was back at it again. I changed lanes this time and lost him. He got stuck behind a pick up truck and I was infront of the pick up truck. So I decided to slow down, so he can get friendly with the pickups rear bumper.....I could tell he was ticked cuz he kept bobing to the left on the emergency lane to see what was holding him up. The guy in the pickup truck just laughed. I was like yeh....for once I guy in a pick up is cool.

I have to agree with mp3-pr5 VA drivers are insane. its not as bad in my area as it is in stafford/centerville/manassas area but god...come on some folks need a good long drivers ed course. I actually know a couple of folks that just moved from stafford down here where i live, work for the same company as them, they hate driving down here. the worst is the people that drive in the fast lane doing 55 then purposly block all the lanes so nobody can pass em. i've actually seen people look at each other signal then ride beside each other in a joint effort to do this, drives me nuts.

could be like other countries

I think in some European countries they make people wait until they're 20 to drive, take a year and a half's worth of courses including emergency driving, charge you over 500 (US) for the license itself and if you get a speeding fine inside the first year of the license's issue date, it gets nullified and you get to start ALL over again. In America, that would be the equivalent of taking one third of the cars off the road.

Here in sunny Florida we have to contend with a few traffic issues.

1) Q-tips: Old people who are just tall enough that when they sit in the driver's seat and you are behind them it looks like a cotton tip on a Q-tip. a.k.a Blue Hairs

2) I live in Orlando therefore we are overrun with tourists. People from out of state, out of contry, out of their minds. Interstate 4 runs diagonal across the state from Tampa to Daytona Beach. 4 lane highway separated by a median. Posted speed limit 70mph. Left lane speed limit due to toursists: 55mph or less.

We have one extreme or the other. People doing 45 on the interstate or 80 through a neighborhood. A 8 year old kid was hit in my neighborhood by a kid in a Celica doing 60 in a 25. Thank God the 8 year old didn't die. They did arrest the driver for reckless driving and a who bunch of other stuff. He was 16 driving a Celia GT-S that his parents had bought for him for his birthday like 2 weeks ago! Argghhh!!!

I hear ya 20ESGUY!!!! I hate the drivers down here! My wife and I get so ticked because people drive slow in the left lane on I-95! It's very annoying here, I don't know where these people learned to drive. Well, I guess you got to deal with it sometimes!
Later,

well I lived in Florida for a while...and in Orlando as well...and the "blue hairs" fell into two groups......they either had absolutely NO FEAR of death..as they had already lived a long life and were running over everyone in sight....doing well over the speed limit in their land yatch's (big caddy's and delta 98 and the like) and of course they were doing this all the while they were looking THROUGH the stearing wheel.... OR, they were NEW drivers....just getting their licences in their 60's or 70's and didn't realize a car could and would go over 45 on the highway!!! total menaces either way.

LOL! :D

You hit the nail on the head.

Land Yacht is an understatement. Land Barge is more like it.

The funniest though is the people going through their 2nd or 3rd "mid-life crisis" and are flying sown the interstate in their Porsche or Corvette convertable tying to keep their dentures in. :D :D
