The hesitation returns! feels like the car is pulling timing and dumping fuel. The car bucks and jerks to the point where it's literally decelerating under full throttle - it's horrific to say the very least.

I reverted back to superstock map on my afc and put the stock injectors back in (I know that my car typically runs pretty well set up like this)

I cleaned the MAF

Under full throttle, the wideband is pegged RICH

Outside of boost it runs like a champ.

I don't have any CELs

What do you guys think? If I had a bad MAF wouldn't I get a CEL? as always, any help is much appreciated! (cheers2)

Boost leak. Or failing cam or crank sensor, but if its only out of boost I vote boost leak.

I thought that may have been it too; since I've had a boost leak before. But everything is tight; and I'm sitting around 19.5-20 lbs of vacuum. At quarter-throttle it will boost fine: up to 5-6 lbs. But if I give it any more than that, all hell breaks loose.

cold temps usually affect a tune. Does it feel like hitting a brick wall(car cuts out for a split second) or just the car holding back power or something? I would have to guess boost leak too. Everything may seem tight but as soon as alll couplers are under pressure, that may be when the leak gets bigger. If all else fails, reset the ECU and reload the supermap and do some datalogging once the ECU finishes readjusting and is back to normal after the reset.

It's more of hesitation. I'll reset the ECU and do some data logging this weekend. Stay tuned. Any other ideas while I'm troubleshooting.
