Ground Controls are a coilover spring, and if you don't mind the choppy ride won't be too bad. But my suggestion is if you don't plan on autocrossing regularly to get Espelir lowering springs from Rishie. You get a nice drop, and improvement in handling with the front linear/rear progressive set-up and high spring rates. And you won't get the choppy ride that you get with the ground controls.
Rishie can hook you up with the wheels too. He has Rota's on a super special right now in protege fitments.
