dangerous run, i wouldnt do anything more than a fun run there though, a bit of traffic and lots of hairpins and some tight blind curves with cliffs on the outside make it not suitable for real agressive run.

at least not for me with my stockness. id rather not die.

there is a park right off the 101 before the 1 that could be a place to meet.

anyone want to go to the vista point tonight? i heard that mars is getting really close in the eastern sky and in 2 weeks it'll be closer than in all of recorded history

C'mon lets do this I wanna at least meet some of you bay area guys. It would be a good time for the bay area and valley people to get together. Possibly make a habit of it. I've met a couple of you guys Rishie Shawn JLiao and Greddy. I think North SF is a really good compromise between the two reigons. Lets do this!

So is this coming Wednesday Hwy 9 or Muir Woods. If it's Muir Woods, there is no way I am gonna make it with work. Hwy 9 I should still be able to make it. Muir Woods might be good for a weekend thing next weekend, so Alan can still go, Saturday afternoon maybe?

Saturday at the Muir Woods is good so lets pick a time of day and then a specific time...morning, afternoon, evening

Rawny, We're talking about the Vista Point on Hwy 35 near the Hwy 9 summit.

280 -> 85
exit Saratoga Ave
right on Saratoga ->turns into 9 follow 9 'till the 4 way stop(Hwy 35) and take a right(north).
The Vista Point is about 3-5 miles up Hwy 35.

melicha: The earlier the better for me...how about noon? Where should we meet?
