Hwy 9 Fun Run!

Rishie, do you have any info on the blu 240sx that you have in some of your banners. I was told that that guy time trialed the Saratoga side of 9 in 2:48. Whats been done to that thing and WTF was he thinking.
 
Do any of you guys know anyone selling a 2 door Datsun 510 around the Bay Area? I'm very interested in buying one, but haven't had much luck looking around Sac...I want something in good condition, a manual tranny, and preferrably stock. If it's modded, it's gotta be clean though. No beaters, no "homemade mods". Price range doesn't matter much, as long as it's a good deal. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you know someone, just shoot me a PM or something...

GAH!!! I finally got the 929 Master Cylinder / Protege Brake booster installed and the system bled. I think I got sunburned on one side of my body while doing this.

Brakes work better than before, but I'm going to have to do another bleed of the system. This s***'s hard to do all by yourself.

Oh yeah, the point to all of this is that I just wanted to say that I'll soon be able to field test the brakes in the mountains. I just have to make sure it stops like it should in and around town first.

*off to get beer and fire up the grill*
 
Anyone want a free autoexe replica lip? I'm getting ready to toss that 2Loww one I bought, and I figured someone may want it. If you do, come pick it up!

I wouldnt mind driving to SC. when can you do this?
 
It will need some sanding for it to fit correctly, hence the reason I got a different one. If you want it, I'll be around all weekend. How 'bout tonight? :D

Do you know where 41st ave. is? It's pretty easy to find, and there's a Kmart near the freeway, maybe we could meet there. To get to 41st, just go S 17-->S 1--> 41st av. Take a left on 41st(offramp) and go over the freeway. Kmart will be on your right.
What time's good for you? I'm not busy at all.
 
Some pics. As I said, it will need some "love" for it to fit right. The (semi) good news is that it's made out of fiberglass, so it'll be relatively easy to reshape.

I somehow joined up with another driving group last night. There was this red mk2 MR2 that crashed in the FIRST corner on 9 and only got away with minor body damage. So he decided to follow the group down to 236, but when we got to 236 he was nowhere to be found, so we all turned around and headed back up to no avail. I got back up to the top and just departed from them cause it was 4:00am and I was hella tired and had to be back up @ 6am. The road was very littered w/ leaves and s***.
 
I'm out for the weekend. If anybody wants to join TruenoCoupe (AL) on Pagemill tonight then IM him at SJAE86 and told me that you want to go drive PM with him.
 
Jimmy(or Ya), do you still want my subs and amp? 300 bucks and they're yours. I'm trying to get a box like Roy's for my car.
