how much did it cost???did you have to sign up for scca membership???damn...

i got my membership card in the mail like a week before the event...it cost me 70 bucks for the membership because i'm over 21, but its much cheaper for those younger, you can choose whichever autox event you want to go to, drive whatever car you want (as long as it passes a safety inspection), there can even be multiple drivers that switch off driving the same car. just show up with a car, a helmet, and 30 bucks car entry fee whenever you feel like tearing it up on the parking lot legally, and they even award trophies at the end of the series...i personally learned a lot about my car and general driving from some of the pros there

oh yeah, and yes 30 bucks is a bit much, but they have to cover costs and its about what i spend when i take my girl to the movies or when i fill up the gas tank (at these current prices)...and since i'm new to it, it's hard to say what'll happen later, but right now, i think its pretty addictive...

Yes I'm all ears Jimmy what's happened. Oh and that stuff on i-club, it sounds good but it's out of my way. That's up 101 and those area's and not near where I live. That would be like driving to San Jose

So, afterwards, I met some kids who went to scotts valley high school, and we kicked it for a bit and made some runs with them and I had one of them in my car and I had some fun with that and when we got to the bottom we both had the biggest smiles on our faces. I had actually met those kids at the first touge meet down in scotts valley. And then we did some more driving and around 3 we decided to head down and I got probally about 1/4 of the way down before I saw a dodge stealth VR4 hauling ass uphill, so I flipped a b**** and caught the dude right next to the top. About a minute later, all his friends start to come up, and it included a 2004 WRX w/ a bugeye ('02-'03) front end. The dude decided he would do better if he was infront of me. He was surely wrong since no matter HOW HARD he tried he couldnt get away from me. I was staying in my lane and he was sliding it into a corner using both lanes and all that s***. He had the car modded and thought that I wouldnt be a problem. Too bad money doesnt compensate for skill or practice. Anyways, on the same corner that we got popped by the CHP, a deer ran straight into the WRX infront of me taking out his front end. I was following him super close so I had a close up view of the deer getting pwned and glass covering my car.

I was getting PITCHED through some corners on my way home. It's sad that the night I get my tire pressures perfect for my ES100's, I have to get rid of them in a day or so.

Damn that is pretty crazy. And those dodge stealths..they aren't that great except for the ttv6 but they're heavy as hell and wouldn't stand a chance against a lighter car w/ comparable handling.

Hey everyone right now from 1-3 there is a pretty sweet raggae program on www.kdvs.org It's the local college radio station

Yea, but he ***** the rest of the group that he was running with.

And, I was walking out to my car this morning and noticed that both of my left side tires are completely destroyed. My neighbor pointed out that it would be wise to go out and bust some right handers down by Jareds work and wear out that side before I get the Azenis, either that or the end of Mary.
