Howdy all.... Some n00b questions for you...

Hello I would like to introduce my self. I picked up a 2001 MP3 today
I have a few questions for the group!

1) Did the MP3 come boosted with a turbo??

2) Where can I find my number for the number of mp3's made for my year at?

It must be a kit of some kind or the msp kit.

also my boost gauge that the previous owner either put on it for fun or had a turbo is hooked up into the intake manfold... That is why I am thinking that I have a turbo. But I can not visually see one because of heat sheilds and ect on the exhaust side of the engine....

does the boost guage go OVER 0 when you get on the gas really hard? or does it always stay below 0? because that is a boost/vacuum guage

That is what I was starting think since there was no pipe going into the intake from the turbo

I have never had a turbo'd car so I do not know what the parts look like

That is my old MP3 . No there is no turbo the guages i put in for looks. Same with the apexi meter.
