C Captain KRM P5 Member Contributor : 2002 BJFW, 2007 BK3P, 1979 SA22C, 2005 BK3P Dec 17, 2008 #7 if the o2 sensor is really messed up the ecu will not be able to make proper air fuel trims and the car will operate in a 'limp mode' more than likely, just enough to run the engine safely and move the car around.
