Remove all these 12mm bolts/nuts. There is also 4 12mm bolts on the bottom half that you have to remove to get the top half off.

Now that the top half is off remove the bottom half 12mm nuts. The bottom ones are a b****. I used a 6inch and 3inch extention to reach the bottom ones.

Now that all that is out of the way tak the old gasket out and drop a new one in.

Just a shot of what you should be looking at when the intake manni is out. I never relized how much of a cluster fk it was behind there.

The rest of the prossess is just taking some cleaner(I used brake cleaner) and cleaning the inside out. Installation is reverse of removal.

I had an idle issue for months and now with a cut bottom half and a very clean intake manni with new gaskets it idles like this.
