how to prevent dings and dent 101

That's a good tip nate, but by the time you are close enough to know that, you're out of the car. I wouldn't bother moving it unless there is literally no paint left on the edge of their door.

eh, you should be able to at least see the passenger door(s) from the driver's seat (which, from the other suggestions, you'd be parking closer to anyway)

I follow all of the tips mentioned so far, but more often than not I just park really far and start walking. *^_^*
(I could use the exercise)

When you know your dings and dents, before you leave your car to do watever you need to do save the liscence plate number in your cell fone from the left and the right with a brief description of each car

I think parking far away and walking is the best bet.. yes you will get beater cars parking next to you to "mess" with you but Ive found in my case they have never actually dinged or damaged the car... its more of a mind game.

Never take more than one spot.. that is asking to get fudged with!

I park far away, on an end spot, facing out albeit Im not that anal on the MS3... it usually gets the not so far away parking
