it was a risk hacking the cupholder.. but i like it where it is 
You could always ghetto rig it with a switch other than the OEM driver's side switch. You could find a good looking switch and put one on the driver's side too if you care about it matching. I just don't see the point in dishing out $35 just to have an OEM switch that costed roundabout 5 cents or less to manufacture. I might do this mod if I can find two good looking switches.
