how to flush the stock 03 chrome rim to fender?

Alright, I decided to stick with the stock chrome protege 5 rims. I still wanted to drop the car but question is:

1-how long does the spacer have to be in the front and the rear to flush with the fenders?

2-what drop rate would be good so it looks slick and doesnt rub?

any info would help.

1. Measure the wheels rim end to where the inner fender lip ends and you will have your spacer measurement answer.
2. Drop rate? If you are referring to drop height, just get adjustable coilovers or a full coilover setup and adjust accordingly. No drop spring will be as accurate and as low as where you want it to be. Only way to do that is make it adjustable.
