How to copy favorites from OLD (defective) card to new SD card?

If the old card is defective, how do you expect to be able to read, and copy, what's on that card?
I can read the files from old card on my PC, but if I use it in car the infotainment unit keeps rebooting every few minutes.

You're talking about the Nav SD card, right?

I don't believe that there's a way to just copy the favorites from the Nav card. Have you ever updated the card using Mazda ToolBox? Did you create a back-up when you updated? If yes, then create a 'new' card from the back-up. If no, you're most likely out of luck.
