Guide How to clean Camshaft Position Sensor (2.0L & 2.5L Skyactiv)

Well i did not have any issues with my CX5. But if you were having issue with your CX5 as per below you want to check on these sensor.

A dirty Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor can cause a range of engine problems because it sends inaccurate information to the car's computer. The most common symptoms include:

* Check Engine Light: This is often the first sign, as the computer detects a problem with the sensor's signal.

* Poor Engine Performance: You might experience a rough idle, stalling, misfires, or a loss of power during acceleration.

* Difficulty Starting: The engine might crank but fail to start, or it may take longer than usual to turn over.

* Poor Fuel Economy: Incorrect timing can lead to an inefficient fuel burn, causing you to use more gas than normal.

Hope this helps.
