i want to know since I am wanting to get new struts and if i decide on struts with my newfound xmas money, i want to know how stiff it is and how is the ride quality.

depends - they are adjustable 5 way but they are overall very firm, very solid and can be adjusted to be VERY rigid

It would depend on springs also but I say they are comfortable. I've had them on for about 6 months and love them. I paid $475 for them. You can choose which stiffness you want. I would say that about 2 or 3(probably 2) would be close to the tokico HP's. I say spend the extra money and get the illuminas. I also just got the 21.5mm rear swaybar w/ adjustable endlinks from AWR that I will be installing in the spring

well, how stiff are hp's compared to stock?
second... My stockers have been beat pretty bad and need replacing. I am thinking HP's since I very rarely changed my setting on my integra shocks. Somebody that has gone from P5 stocks to Hp's, how much stiffer is it. It is not so much the ride quality as the price difference that I am worried about. I know they will be better than stock, but are the illuminas worth the extra $150?

I have illuminas with Eibach prokit and I love them. They are stiff compared to the stockers and even the blues no matter what setting they are on. The illuminas are solid and well made. You'll love them too. Louie

On 5= go kart. Soften them up all the way and it's like stock. I had mine set 3F/4R for daily driving and auto-x for the longest time. Now they are set 2F/2R
