How replace headlight lenses??

Have a '95 Protege DX and would like to replace just the headlight lenses. I see two silver clips at the top of each lens but nothing else in the way of fasteners. What would I need to do to replace those lenses? Thanks.

the lense itself is glued onto the headlight body. i dont think they sell just lenses for the headlights. best bet would try ebay. or new ones from mazda, but those can be pricey.lol

Thanks. Is it hard to install new ones? Do you know what's involved?

Why do you want to replace them?

They have a yellow haze. I used a polishing compound I got from an auto parts store. Six foam pads with the polishing mineral used with a power drill. They look a lot better but still not clear - think some discoloration is on the inside. Also, the polish says use it every 20k miles.
