The smoothest roads we have are on the West Side highway...

Cross island pkwy, where it connects to the LIE has been beautifully repaved. LIE is in the process of being repaved. Southern state pkwy was repaved years ago, but its still like new. Much of Northern state is new as well. 347 is in the process of being repaved. Parts of Van wyck is new as well. Those are all the highways I take.

Ok, I just had a chance to go through brooklyn recently, and yea, the roads there are really bad. Ocean Pkwy is actually pretty good, if it weren't for the inconsistant traffic. But just about anywhere else public, it was horrible.

Dude, you dont know the half of it LOL. I hit a hole in a construction area the other month....freakin random hole in the road wtf?!? Anyway, bent my rim and bubbled my tire. $800 worth of damage. I made them pay for it. bwahahahahaha.
