Again, that's because a car with the BOV placed after the MAF will have these issues when the air is vented to the atmosphere but the car's ECU doesn't realize it and keeps adding fuel. There are three options:
1) Run a recirculating BOV
2) Run a dual setup (as MSP owners have done) or use a dual mode valve, like a Turbosmart Dual port BOV. This recircs under light boost (ie at part throttle) and vents to atmosphere under hard shifts.
3) Relocate the MAF so the BOV is first, ie the MAF is the last thing the air goes through before it gets to the throttle body. This way the MAF only meters the air going to the engine, not the air vented by the BOV.
Any other solution will cause the problems mentioned by other members (or you will have to make compromises between performance and driveability somewhere).
