Didnt know that. Are the new ones RWD??CantCMe said:I had a '99 GTP stay with me in my '00 Mustang GT (stock) door to door...but it's fwd, man! If you're gonna put a v-8 in a car, make it rwd. That's the only problem I have.

Wait for the new G8's though, they finally did it right!! Let's hope the rest of the car is done right!JPMotorSport said:The new W-bodies? Of course not.

DeadGeneration said:With american cars I think it depends on the model more then the brand. Some RAM1500's are the nicest looking trucks, the viper is cool... but at the same time the viper has the worst break down history of any race car ever and the dodge transmissions are pretty bad. Mustangs are awsome with the exception of the bad ass 90's panzystangs also the mass production of mustangs is a turn off. Cadillac has impressed me with it's turn around, but at the same time I watched an awsome video of a CTS with 11k miles go to hell, and we rented one when we traveled to new york and it was loose suspension non responsive sail boat. The 300's and Chargers are awsome. I can't remember the name of the next muscle car that is comming out that looks pretty sick. Chevy's are twice as expensive to modify versus the Fords. It's information like this that keeps you in an open mind rather than deciding you hate domestics before you get your first pube just after you watch Fast and Furious.
Karma_hunden said:Yep the new challenger is going to be sick. Lets see how they stack up against the new generation of imports.

Chicoloco said:You are missing the point, Maxx. I'm not comparing japanese cars/engines with american cars. When i went to buy my car, i actually considered a red coupe GTP. I mean, look at their interiors, were the best at its time and their cars and design are unique (the aztec lol). They have used plastic, but hell what company hasn't. Have you got into a LS1 Trans Am? Even the third GEN trans am had a tight interior, with bucket seats and inflatable lumbars and s***. I'm not much aware of the latest models, but for the high 90's and first 2000s, Pontiac was very strong.
Newf said:that has got to be the funniest thing I have ever read in a long time. Are you blind? Do you know what quality really is??? obviously not. Trans am...tight interior....hilarious. I was set on having one back in the day because I loved it's looks, engine, sound etc....then I sat in one and couldn't stop from laughing. Then I drove it, laughed even harder. Quick, yes, fun no, quality interior....ROFL. I've driven quite a few since then and my opinion never changes. Oversized, too heavy, put together like lego blocks, fisher price interior, and for a car that is so large why is it so small inside?
That being said, I can't wait to see the new challenger and new Camaro from what I've seen so far. But, I don't have high expectations based on what I've seen from the "big 3" in the past.

hahahaha, thats so true. while im at it do you want to know why corvettes are gay! because they have the same damn interiors as the average pontiac. lego block size buttons and cheap as s***. its heavy and feels light im driving a boat.Newf said:that has got to be the funniest thing I have ever read in a long time.
