How do I upload images in a post...?

Hi,

I have some P5 / MP3 images from yesterday's ImportXpression show in Miami, FL. but don't know how to put them in my post...:mad:
Can somebody please explain... I'm so frustrated not being able to share those...
The only thing is I have them in my computer, not in a web site...
