How do I remove the center console? 2007 Touring w/ Nav

I have that aftermarket ipod adapter and the ipod wire is not screwed. Audio only plays from right side of speakers. I remember I can also add an auxiliary chord so I want to remove it myself this time. Anyone know how to properly remove it? Thank you
