How Do I Get F'ing Front Bumper Off?

Guys,
Have 1st gen MS6, build date 12/05; cracked my air splitter/lower air deflector, and looks like I gott take front cover off to replace.
The issue is there look to be 12 aluminum rivets underneath cover, and I'm hesitant to drill these out if not needed, and I'm unsure what people are replacing the rivets with.
Is there a 'How To',specifically on MS6, that I am missing?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The bumper comes of very easily.. There are two plastic clips that have to be removed from the each of the wheel wells, and one screw on each side behind the fender liner, two screws above the upper grille, and I think 6 or 8 screws on the underside of the bumper. You dont have to drill out the rivets to get the bumper off, but but I think remember drilling them out to remove the splitter when I installed my FMIC.
