how do i adust throttle on 02 p5

Typically it's idle control valve that gummed up if you are having issue. Remove it clean it with a carb/throttle body cleaner and reset the ecu. It'll idle funny for a while but that's just the ecu adjusting it self.

There is a throttle body adjustment screw on the top of throttle body, but there normally is no need to mess with the screw

But keep in mind it's suppose to idle @ 700rpm

you should be able to get the philips screw driver in there no problem. the problem is if it strips the head of the screw.

you can also just take off the solenoid, its a small trox drive with a hole in the middle i forget the size though.
if you do this rather then removing the entire assembly don't go crazy with spraying cleaner though.

How do i get it off? Lol. Igot to it but it seems like a b**** to get it off lol.
Yes, it is relatively easy to get to, it is hard to get out. I stripped three of the four Phillips screws. I ended up using a 'stripped screw head' removal tool. Then, I had to get some replace bolts at Home Depot, but they didn't have it in Phillips (the ones that they did have, the head was too wide to fit) so they are hex head screws.
