How bad is it to run the car with a bad turbo?

:
Yellow 2003.5 MSP!
For about a year now, my turbo has been leaking oil from the oil feed line (i think thats it, its the line that goes from the oil pan to the turbo), and now, it doesn't seem to boost. I dont have a boost gauge but i can tell its not boosting because I dont hear my bypass valve flutter anymore and, obviously, it doesnt go very fast when its suppose to be in boost.

No oil can cause my turbo to go bye-bye huh? Anyone selling a working turbo?

I double checked the turbo and the turbine wheel is still spinning smoothly with no play (intake side). But for some reason, still no boost. I checked the IC pipes and no cracks; the car is still stock so i dont see why it would crack. The WGA is good cuz i blow ait into the line that enters the WGA and no air passes through. I replaced the vacuum lines recently (WGA, IM and BPV), but i used Kragen's fuel lines which are actually a larger diameter which mean less velocity inside the lines, but I dont think that should affect it though. Do you guys know if there is a kind of regulator inside the vacuum line that goes to our WGA? He called it a "pill" with a hole that controls how much or little vacuum goes into our WGA or something like that. My brother was staying that his WRX has one but he doesn't know about our cars. Also, i found out that Im missing two bottom bolts on my exhaust manifold. Im thinking, as a possibility, that exhaust gasses are leaking out from the ex. mani. and there isnt enough pressure to continue compressing the air when at boost, and that combined with the larger diameter vacuum lines is causing me to have no boost but I seriously doubt that theory.

Are there any other reasons as to why the car isnt boosting?

im selling my turbo and my manifold and s pipe for that matter.... would take care of any issues that your having... ( hell ill even throw in the wastegate too...
