Hey everyone. I've been a member on here for some time now. Had some ups and downs, as everyone does. I'm coming to you all today to see if you could help me help my friends.
Saturday Morning at about 3am a good friend of mines house caught fire. The blaze started in the garage where I suspect faulty wiring(probably due to animals or something). When the fire was actually noticed it had engulfed the ceiling of the house. The fire lasted for 3 whole hours and by that time there was nothing but a foundation and brick left standing. The entire inside of the house is charred or flooded.
I feel for them and wanted so much to go help them, but there's not much that can be done. Insurance has to get involved and we all know how long that can take. My friends families name are the Woods. They are a great family, very nice people. Left with nothing essentially but the clothes on their backs. I tried to find a news report about this but was not successful. It happened in Freeland Maryland(near hereford).
I'm asking if you have can please donate to them so I can help them get some clothes or whatever. I feel so bad, Caitlin is graduating college this year much like myself, but has no laptop, no schoolwork, no books.
It wasn't much of an Easter for them, but sometimes with horrible things comes new and better things.
I've opened a paypal directed towards sending them money which I will do.
