matt7184- During the summer I went to the track every wednesday night either driving the speed or the scamp or the rx-7. I've run a best of 15.09 (after looking at the slips), with 8psi. Then with the Co2 (probably 30-45mins later) have run best times of 14.67 (done this time exactly 3 times).
I've always dogged it out of the hole 2.2-2.4 60 ft.
Another way I'm pretty much positive that the Co2 works and (works well) is,
- I only use it when stationary,
- I use a full 20 oz. bottle for 2 runs,
- The intercooler is actually frosty when I'm done spraying.
I can't see how it wouldn't actually hit the intercooler being 1/2 away with 2 bars and 24 slits.
You can go into all the technical crap you want, I'm not gonna argue. I am stating what works for me.
