HomeLink Range issue?

Does anyone have an issue with HomeLink range? We have to be within 2 car lengths from the door for it to work.

Our Lexus and Toyota will work from down the street.

No issues here. Our garage is in back of the house so it’s a good distance from the road. We can hit the Homelink button from the street and it will open.

No issues here on the new ‘21 CX-9. Mine works from the end of my driveway, guessing 30-40 yards. Check the door opener antenna too and ensure they are connected to the screw heads or whatever, and also ensure the antenna are 90 degrees to the location from where you will be most often transmitting from. Ensuring they are straight down is probably best.

Same here, no issues...In fact I’ve even tried it from 50-80m away and it still works!

Might be RF interference.
