homeade CAI from protege tech site?

I did the CAI from the site and now i added a drop in K&N it makes a big difference! my only problem is it acts like a vaccum and picks up leaves all the time i have to clean it like every two weeks :mad: ithink im gonna tryy to find a better spot to put the CAI instead of uder the car? maybe behind the headlight?? any suggestions????

I suggest u remove your clearcornerlight and put the cai there.

PaulMP3222 ill look to see what i think you should do. Can you put it where the oringnal CAI goes for the mhp? Might look different, but it saves money. Email me...

I'd keep it where it is, just put some sort of grate (like the AT grill) or something like that over the opening at the ground. It'll help keep big pieces out at least and you won't have to go moving the tube all over. You'll probably need to still check it every now and again, but it should work.
