Style being the key word there. Never know though. Might be a good IC. But I highly doubt it's actually made by HKS.

It depends on your application...Take some measurements,you will clearly see that IC will not fit without hacking some stuff up.

meaning he had to cut some stuff out, the supporting bar or bracket is important, but his IC looks Hella NICe (correct me if i'm wrong)

yea but seth had to make you a completely new bumper support, cut about half of the bar off on top. Also your splash guard is non existant!
On the 03 msp you couldnt be able to mount the windsplitter to anything. 6 inches is gonna be the limit without cutting.
