Ok guys im finally buying the HKS hi power exhaust
I hope i like it and i will be taking pictures all along the way. If anybody has any last second sound clips on what it sounds like on a P5 please post them.

Is HKS cat back or just the muffler ? If you consider to get more power, I recommend to get cat back. The muffler will change the sounds only, you can't feel much power gain from it.

catback doesnt pass smog, no ? and does hks make catback exhausts for the p5?

there no such thing as a hks cat-back for the p5. Only axle-back for p5, mine is custom piping.

haha thats what i figured .. how much would it be to purchase the hks axle-back and custom piping to convert it to catback?

um... i suggest you get the universal HKS hi-power and do piping from there. It cost me 170cdn for the piping and labour only for the axle-back, i dunno the price for the full cat.

nah, axle back will give you like, .5hp if anything, its basically the same as stock with an awesome sound

I have Greddy Evolution cat back on my P5 but I think it is under construction for some reason.

Corksport makes some cat back exhaust for Protege for $389. I donno whether it will fit P5 or not. You can call or email them to make sure. You can check out this exhaust from their website
