Last night driving down I-75 me and a buddy were heading home pretty late. the roads were clear and i had the radar detector on. My previous high was maybe 85...i dunno. But i hit 105 and it was so smooth. no shake, nothing. It was pretty sweet!!! whats the highest anyone else has been up to. ill go higher next time for sure

I think the top speed most people have hit is 132-136. Someone had a picture on here of them with it at 136. The car hits some sort of limiter around there. I don't drive that fast, heh.

but thats just in my car. in a mercedes sclass, 160, in a 1992 mr2 turbo 163, in a porsche 911 turbo that i was driving back to its owner after detailing it, 173

how was the car at that speed? any shaking? i was just hesitant to go higher than 105 cause i had no clue where the limiter was. honestly, my car seems to be running better now that ive revved that high. Ive heard that these cars were meant to be driven hard, but i had yet to even try

what about an srt? what does that cut out at. i flew by one last night, i was sure he would try to race..but i was hoping not, i knew hed kill me. it was a kid too, he just never tried

ive gone about 135 then then it just shut down on me and took me to about 60 or 70mph. it was scary cause i didnt know what was happeneing but i realized...

I'll hit around 125 at least once a month. KpaBap keeps me on my toes with his Miata. The P5 has more in it, I just lose my nerve everytime at around 125. (ricer)

I've been up to 125 a few times in my MSP, and it's solid. I honestly feel it is probably one of the most stable cars I've been in in that speed range. My 1st gen rx-7 was a bit looser at similar speeds.

134, on the speedo
then it just hits a wall right about there
but yes, the car feels very solid

Yeah 135 a couple of times. I will cruise at 100 for a while at a time if the road is open and I'm by myself. The car drives perfect at 100 as smooth as hell.
