I'd ask the shop what method did they use to clean the TB.
Like Ceric mentioned, if they disconnected the battery it may have reset the adaptives in the ECU.
If they ran fluid they ran through the system, it may have fouled your plugs. Does it idle rough? If you have the tools, remove a spark plug to confirm if it's fouled or not.
It doesn't take long running rich to foul plugs. I've fouled plugs tuning race engines. Rather than try to clean them, we start over with new plugs. Lucky for us, we only have 4 plugs that are easy to get to.
If they removed the TB, then check for vacuum leaks. One way to check with the engine running is to spray brake cleaner between the TB and the intake. If you can hear the idle change, then it has a vacuum leak. A vacuum leak will hurt FE among other things.
I would get to the bottom of this and not ignore it.
Good Luck
