High Pitch squeeling

I have a new issue that seems to have started today. When i am driving and coming down off the turbo ... usually decelerating ..... i hear a very high pitch noise coming from the front of the car. Its not the turbo spooling sound ... its something else ... very defined and high frequency. Sounds kinda like a high pitch buzz. It lasts for about 5 seconds, and then goes away. Again ... please dont respond with "thats the sound the turbo makes" ... its NOT the turbo i know what that sounds like. Im worried ... HELP.

I dont really know much about turbos, but maybe there is a leak in one of the lines? or maybe a line has whole which is letting air out in that type of noise?

i just noticed that sound to im not really sure what it is.... it happens when i let off the gas and go below 2000 rpm's

Well mine does make noise when i dump it below 3500 ... but its a flutter noise and not a squeel

how hard is your sound by that I mean how tight is the nut on the bov? The harder or tighter the more of a squeal you should get..

It's the GReddy valve leaking air out. You can reduce it, but not eliminate it completely, but tightening the valve some more.

The screw is about 8 turns from the top ... but im not getting the sound on blowoff ... its just when im driving and staying off the turbo. Possibly the type-s is leaking ... but i cant imagine there being enough pressure to open it when im not in turbo.

Im having a s*** load of stalling issues too ... i make the thing stop stalling 1 day ... and then the next it starts it up again ... im about to give up and but the stupid BPV back on there .. if i get into the turbo and then slow down or stop quickly after that ... i will stall ... damn near every time.

Tighten down some more. Mine has 5 threads visible above the nut.

I would love to ... but the car will stall as soon as i hit the gas and let off if i do. It's in about as sweet of a spot as i can find right now ... i still have issues with stalling even where it is. Feeling close to giving up.

Tightening the valve makes it less susceptible to stalling.

Sorry ... my brain is backwards today ... but unfortunally it makes it more suseptable to TURKEY ... gobble gobble.

Ill try it though ...

yup greddy, mine does the same.

Im wondering if i should just get a BPV in there again and get rid of the stalling issues so i can make the greddy louder without much worry of stalling.

do you have it recurculated? Mine is not. I dont have a stalling issue at all seems to work wonderful mine is on pretty tight.
